Door

The door closes the appliance and is equipped with contacts, the closure of which, when closed, activates the program.

Heating element

This part of the device is responsible for heating the water to the required temperature and supplying it to the device.

Troubleshooting

At first glance, the device is very simple, but this is a misconception. The work of all mechanisms is connected by a hundred wires, microcircuits, modules and sensors.

To diagnose problems you will need:

The machine does not deliver water

A clogged device filter may be to blame for this, or the pump may break. If the filter is easy to remove, rinse and install back, you will have to tinker with the feed valve. If the indicators light up, but the program does not start, there may be a circuit in the engine or pump. Check how tightly the device door is closed. If it is hermetically sealed, then, as in the first case, the machine must be disassembled for diagnosis.

Important! Below the front panel is a junction box. First, the current from the network enters it, and after that it is distributed through the terminals to the parts.

Check all the terminals of the box: it happens that they oxidize from moisture. Then they need to be cleaned. If the contacts are clean and intact, we will use a multimeter and ring the box to understand what kind of repair the dishwasher needs.

The device is not working

If the machine does not show signs of life, the problem can be either in the wire or socket, or in damage to the engine:

1. The first thing to do is ring the socket.
2. If everything is fine with voltage, examine the cord for breaks, or connect a new cord to the device for testing.
3. If the machine still does not give any signals - in order to diagnose a breakdown, the device will have to disassemble and ring the motor contacts.

Does not drain water

There are three possible reasons:

• clogged drain pipe - it can be cleaned even for prevention;
• filter clogging - it is removed and washed;
• fault in the pump - it is removed and the winding is called up.

No reverse

In this case, the engine could “fly”, so call it for diagnosis.

Leaks

If water leaks from the device during operation, most likely the door is not sufficiently sealed at the junction with the body. If something is wrong with the gasket, get a new one and install it.

The device does not heat water

We repair the machine

The simplest thing that can be done in case of malfunctions, and even as a preventive measure is to clean the filters of the machine. How to get to the filter depends on the structure of the model.For some devices, you can do without even removing the parts of the case.

To clean the filter:

1. Remove the grilles from the washing chamber.
2. Find the filter - it will be visible under the bars.
3. Remove the filter - it can be fastened with thread or just inserted into the drain.

We repair the pump

Often, the repair of dishwashers consists in the need to check and repair their pump.

When blocking the pump of the device, a number of steps should be performed:

1. Disconnect the device from the power supply and water supply.
2. Unscrew and remove and clean the filter cylinder.
3. Remove the pump by pressing on its cover.
4. Gently wipe the pump with a sponge or cloth.
5. Next, you need to inspect the pump for chips or cracks. If they are found, you must purchase a new part and replace it.

We repair the motor

If the engine or other internal mechanisms of the device break down, the machine must be disassembled. But this process is quite easy: just unscrew the fasteners on the case, which are located near the alleged place of malfunctions and remove the parts.

If the engine is faulty, the following actions should be taken:

1. Remove the bottom front of the case.
2. Disconnect all engine mounts, pumps.
3. We prepare the container into which we will drain the remaining water in the device.
4. We drain water from pipes, hoses, a pump.
5. Open the pump cover by pressing on it.
6. We take out the pump.
7. Under the pump there is an engine - it is checked with a multimeter, if necessary - replaced.
8. Next, the device is assembled in the reverse order of dismantling.
